Application quota রাখুন
Unlimited apply target anxiety বাড়ায়। Fixed quota রাখুন। যেমন ১০ বা ১২ high-quality bid per week। Quota থাকলে quality track করা যায়, শুধু volume না। আর quota miss হলেও আপনি জানবেন problem discipline-এ, market mystery-তে না। This is psychologically stabilizing.
